Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are broken into three broad areas.
Local Dublin Flower Delivery
Due to the proximity of our shops we consider most of northside Dublin as a local delivery area.
Our local delivery charge is €5.95
Local Delivery Areas
- Dublin 3 - Ballybough, North Strand, Clonliffe, Clontarf, Dollymount, East Wall, East Point, Fairview, Killester, & Marino.
- Dublin 5 - Artane, Coolock, Harmonstown, Kilbarrack, and Raheny
- Dublin 9 - Ballymun, Beaumont, Donnycarney, Drumcondra, Elm Mount, Griffith Avenue, Glasnevin, Santry, and Whitehall
- Dublin 13 - Baldoyle, Bayside, Donaghmede, Sutton, Howth and Ayrfield
- Dublin 17 - Balgriffin, Clonshaugh, Coolock, Belcamp, Darndale, Kinsealy and Priorswood
Greater Dublin Delivery
Anywhere in Dublin outside the areas mentioned above is a flat rate €8.95 delivery

Nationwide Flower Delivery including Northern Ireland
We offer both a same day and next day flower delivery service. We offer a same day delivery service through our membership of the eFlorist/Teleflorist network which is one of the largest in the florist networks in the world. The delivery charge is €7.95 anywhere in Ireland and the UK
UK & International Flower Delivery
We offer both a same day and next day UK flower delivery service. We offer a same day delivery service through our membership of the eFlorist/Teleflorist network which is one of the largest in the florist networks in the world. The international delivery charge is €9.95 anywhere in the UK or Worldwide
Sunday & Bank Holidays Delivery
We are unable to undertake flower deliveries on Bank holidays and Sundays. the only the exception to this is Mothers Day, and where Valentines Day & Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday. Any orders received for Sunday delivery will be delivered at the next possible available day.
Delivery & Address Information
In order to ensure your delivery is completed as requested we recommend you provide us with all the contact details you can.
Recipients Phone Number
Please provide us with a phone number for the recipient (preferably a mobile). Without this it is very difficult to completethe delivery if no one is at home. We will always do our best but we cannot guarantee delivery.
Delivery Address
Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct. If it is a house which is hard to find, please provide additional details in the . Please ensure that the person will be home, esspecially if the recipient lives in an apartment as gaining access can often be quite hard.
Flower Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times; however, we do our best to accomodate realistic requests when planning our delivery schedule. We will alway try to do our very best. If possible please let us know if someone is leaving work early, or if they won't be home.
Hospital Flower Deliveries
Please note that some hospitals, and some wards within other hospitals cannot accept flower deliveries. We will always check in advance of delivery. If required we can hold the order and deliver when the patient has moved ward or deliver the flowers to their home when they have been discharged.
Funeral Flower Deliveries
Funeral Flowers delivery times are alway guaranteed. Please provide as much information as is possible in the Additional Comments field. We will look after the rest. if the delivery is not possible you will be informed immediatley.
Urgent Flower Deliveries
If you need flowers delivered in a hurry we can alway try and facilitate it. Please call us on 00 353 1 832 8881 to see if we can help.
Recipient Not Home - Policy
Our drivers will always try and affect the requested delivery depending on the situation they are face with if nobody is home. Generally this the process followed if no one is home:
- 1. We will call the recipient (unless we are asked not too) and make arrangements with them.
- 2. The next step we will take is to leave it with a neighbour and leave a card in the door saying "Flowers left at house number X"
- 3. If that fails we will bring the flowers back to the shop and await further instructions from you, the sender.
Balloon Deliveries & Courier Deliveries
If balloons or flowers are being delivered by a courier, we will not be able to have the courier re route or send the order to a different address. If the driver doesn't find the recipient at home or has any issues in delivering, the bouquet will be brought back to their local depot where the recipient can collect the bouquet. Please note we will require a telephone number for the recipient at all times.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely fashion. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item however as flowers are a persishable item it is not always possible.
- In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
- For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Flower Quality
We import our flowers direct from Holland to ensure the optimum freshness. We have extremely high quality control standards, ensuring you can send gifts knowing that your loved one will receive a beautiful bouquet.
Cancellations
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your flowers or gift have been created or are en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
